Laptop Troubles?
Start with basic troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your computer
- Make sure your charging cord is plugged in and not damaged
- Make sure everything is typed correctly and capitalized when needed
- Write down your username and password when you are sure they work
- Be sure you know the difference between your username and email address
- Open Canvas from the AMS website or from ClassLink
- Ask a teacher for help
If you still have problems, then try the following next steps:
- Make sure your Chrome Operating System (OS) is up-to-date
- Clear Cache and Cookies (video)
- This step will require you to log back in to our Internet Safety Filter, Zscaler
- Reset your account on your Chromebook
- Reset Your Laptop Password (very helpful for fixing Canvas login issues)
- Request help if the steps above do not fix the problems
